Responsibilities: * representing clients in litigation.
* assisting counsel in court cases.
* represent my company at GAFI & GOEIC.
* sending to our clients daily professional reports concerning their issues.
* Follow up the daily legal tasks with the General Manager.
* responsible for the client's files ( filling cases, drafting contracts and renewing company certificates & licenses)
* Handle All litigation, corporate, Notary office & Commercial Register issues.
* As a team leader my responsibility is the supervision of the trainee & the other lawyers.

*practice on the tax Law & Handle Tax issues in all kind of taxes authority
