Manager Operational Excellence is reporting to Vice President Operation & Business Excellence then to the Chief Executive Officer (ADNOC Operational Excellence Sponsor). It is mainly an internal & external coordination & support function to Develop and Control ADNOC Operational Excellence Management System in line with ADNOC Long Term Strategy objectives.

Responsibility and authorities:

• Lead the development and updating of ADNOC Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) in coordination with ADNOC Group.
• Initiate and develop continues improvement strategies, process, and models to optimize operational performance and support business milestones.
• Serve as strategic change agent, working closely with all relevant stakeholders to drive, promote and sustain OEMS strategy.
• Assess and benchmark companies to prioritize business improvement opportunities and initiatives.
• Manage the implementation of the continuous improvement plans to ensure integration among all ADNOC Group.
• Align business improvement activities into a more efficient and unified process to achieve mutual success across the Group.
• Drive culture and mindset changes to ensure smooth implementation of OEMS across the Group.
• Lead the establishment, nurturing and promotion of communities of practice to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners, workshops, one-on-one coaching, knowledge networks, etc.
• Provide a strategic view on the further development of OEMS in order to support organization development into the future.
• Take the lead in encouraging employees to jointly share and effectively utilize knowledge to support overcome the emerging challenges in their work.
• Benchmarking worldwide companies to study their practices related to operations.

Planning & Strategy Manager في ADMA-OPCO

The Planning and Strategy Manager is reporting to Senior Vice President - Asset Business Unit. It is mainly an internal support function to Develop and Control the Production Business Unit Strategic Plans, in line with the overall corporate objectives.

Responsibility and authorities are:

• Provide support to the management of production facilities, equipment and people resources thus contributing to ADMA operations and functional excellence.
• Continuously improve and develop to set best-in-class business processes, effective communication and establish performance standards to deliver performance objectives.
• Give guidance and strategic direction to the activities of the Operations Planning in a cost effective and timely manner to deliver expert advice and quality support services.
• Ensures harmonization of technical support related operational / business practices across Divisions.
• Develops and Controls the Asset Business Unit Strategic Plans, in line with overall corporate objectives.
• Provides professional recommendations for Asset Plans & ensure frequent Communication and alignment with shareholders.
• Interface and Alignment with all Asset Divisions and different stakeholders within ADMA-OPCO.
• Prepares and communicate related plans to ADMA-OPCO Senior Management and Shareholders.
• Develop and prepare Field Operations long and short term integrated plans.
• Develop and endorse the major maintenance and engineering schemes work program, in the form of 5-year integrated activity plan to build 10 year plans.
• Synchronizes major maintenance and other project activities to ensure smooth interface and ensure well-aligned field executions.
• Development and implementation of pro-active maintenance technologies and methods for the various systems, equipment and plants.
• Plays an interface role with Projects and provides the necessary assistance during engineering development, testing and commissioning.
• Development of Statement of Requirements, Operations & Maintenance Philosophy and Business Process Design and assist in their monitoring and compliance.
• Revision of annual resource plan covering the requirement for internal and external engineering support for engineering schemes and Plant Modification.
• Identify Asset Integrity Assurance Key Performance Indicators planning.
• Prepare/update/endorse Asset Replacement and Upgrade Plans.
• Leads the development of Asset Long Term Business Proactive and Strategic Vision Plans in line with corporate overall strategy, and ensures integration into Master Corporate Plan.

Operation & Maintenance Planning Section Head في ADMA - OPCO

It is mainly an internal support function to Leads and controls the activities of Operations, Business Planning and Contracts Team, in order to provide the planning and contact expertise to Offshore Fields, supervises development of Long Term Business Plans, Asset Reference plans, Budget preparation, performance contract and progress reports.

Responsibility and authorities are:

• Coordinates and follows up the development of divisional KPI’s and Performance review.
• Supervise and coordinate on the development of Budget and relevant variance justifications.
• Manage development of Long Term Plans for Major Overhauls, Refurbishment and Schemes.
• Ensure integration of all Fields Activities Plans into Master Corporate Plan.
• Coordinates and follows up the development of divisional KPI’s and Performance review.
• Supervise and coordinate on the development of Budget and relevant variance justifications.
• Supervise the development of Asset Reference plan for offshore fields and ensures periodical update.
• Manage development of Long Term Plans for Major Overhauls, Refurbishment and Schemes.
• Ensure integration of all Fields Activities Plans into Master Corporate Plan.
• Lead the development of Production Business Unit Progress Reports (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly).
• Supervise the updating of Shareholders & Production Business Unit action tracking, monitoring and reporting on progress of Risk Register, Business Risks, Strategic Milestones and Shareholders Audits.
• Ensure development and updating of Business Processes, Standards and Procedures.
• Manage and control Service Contracts.
• Lead the development of Production Business Unit business cases.

Maintenance Planning Engineer في TOTAL

• Responsible for annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly plans.
• Prepare and monitor shutdowns and major overhauls.
