and Responsibilities:
•Design Progress, Working Drawings.
•Managed various prestigious projects Permitting Process and coordinate the integrated design process and manage the Concept documentation to Client Approval and Authorities of Abu Dhabi Municipality, in which project aims to achieve the targeted Approval Process.
•Concept design development according to the client’s requirements, preparing layouts and presentations, supervising draftsmen. Meeting with clients, supervising submittals for approval to governmental bodies and being up to date to their requirements (such as Abu Dhabi Municipality and UPC). Coordinating with sub consultants and governmental institutes to close the requirements .
•Deeply Expert in Concept Review and Detailed Review, Planning for Architectural Concept , Prepare all documents related to Strategy Plan and the whole action in the project.
•Development of the design from schematic to tender document stage. Design development is focused on achieving the concept goals as per Project Timeline. Review the design in accordance to IBC 2009 standards and to achieve design goals. Prepare and follow-up Submission and Approval from Master Developer, RTA, DOT, Civil Defense, DM, ADM & UPC
•Manage & supervise all aspects of Sustainability projects
•Collaborate with environmental scientists, planners, hazardous waste technicians, engineers, and other specialists to address environmental problems.
•Prepare, review, and update environmental investigation and recommendation reports.
•Provide technical-level support for environmental remediation and litigation projects, including remediation system design and determination of regulatory applicability.
•Monitor progress of environmental improvement programs.
•Inspect industrial and municipal facilities and programs in order to evaluate operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
•Technical Analysis Required for LEED/ Estidama Credits
•Conduct regularly scheduled workshops or ‘Charrette’ with project team members
•Assess and advise on the implications of Sustainability Design Variations
•Implement LEED/ Estidama Process
