• Working as Pre-Sales and Bidding Engineer for multiple Telecom projects in NahjTech UAE.
• Participating in solicit bids (i.e. RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs) from customers, manage and coordinate tenders with sales, operations and procurement.

• Responsible for Pre-sales project management from requirement capture and design to implementation handover.
• Working closely with members of the Delivery, Support and Success management team to ensure Infrastructure is delivered on time.
• Responsible for preparing weekly & monthly sales reports, collection reports and coordinating with all segments.
• Creating technical proposals, updating previous technical documents for the upcoming projects
• Working with the Sales and Account Team to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained across all clients
• Providing technical/project consultancy in support of sales at client meetings and on conference calls.

• Working as a 3G RAN Field Operations/NOC Engineer for OMANTEL / HUAWEI MANAGED SERVICES project.
• Perform routine O&M procedures as prescribed for power, transmission, core and BTS Radio network.
• Preventive Maintenance of NODEB periodically, Verifying daily basis PM reports, giving technical solutions for improving the project.
• React to emergency faults and ensure that all faults are rectified promptly within contracted SLA.
• Ensuring network quality through fault and performance management on HUAWEI MOS 7100 Managed services desk management system.
• Work order implementation and performance and statistics monitoring.
• Compile implement and supervise site acceptance policies, procedures and specifications within the network.
• Preparation/ submission of weekly/monthly technical reports to the management, about the existing faults
• Achieve and maintain the networks performance as per the targeted KPI's .
• Daily basis Troubleshooting support of HUAWEI BTS/DBS 3900/3812. Resolving all issues related to NODEB.
• Resolving issues related to RRU, TMA, SBT, and other antenna related issues like calibration, VSWR, RTWP etc
• Performing the Work orders and Change request activities as created by NOC.
• Troubleshooting the sites remotely using LMT, alarms monitoring i-manager M2000, rectifying the problems and giving on-spot solutions.
• Performing activities RE-homing, expansion, configuration of new sites etc
• Supporting the RF teams in Optimization issues like Antenna tilt, Sector swap, Call distortion etc
• Performing Asset verification and correction when needed.
• ATP on behalf of OMANTEL, ensuring the standards of Qos are maintained by the subcontractors.

HUAWEI UFONE SWAP PROJECT:
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading a team of engineers and technicians in north region of Pakistan.
• Supervising Installation of HUAWEI BTS 3900, Andrew 7/8” feeder cables, internal and external feeder jumpers
• Supervising the site surveys of NORTEL sites for swap installation of HUAWEI BTS3900.
• Creating technical drawings after survey for swap and permanent installation.
• Performing cutover activities and giving technical support to the teams on site.
• Resolving technical issues like E1 patching, sector swap, distortion and call connectivity issues.
• Power measurement of HUAWEI BTS using power sensor
• Resolving issues related to VSWR using Bird site master.
• Assisting the RF drive test teams in Optimization issues like call drops, sector swap, antenna tilt etc.
• Patching environmental alarms, configuring and verifying them from NOC
• ATP on behalf of HUAWEI, verifying software, hardware and environmental alarms.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and follow-up of the Teams on field giving technical support to them whenever needed.
• Making team plans for survey and cutover activities.
• Assigning technical tasks to the teams with proper follow-up until completion.
• Coaching junior engineers through technical issues, increasing growth and confidence among team members
• Documentation of ATP for the completed swap sites.


ZTE EVO/EVDO project
• Deployment of PTCL’s EVDO network in north and central region of Pakistan
• Installation and configuration of ZTE CDMA 2000 BTS ZXC10.
• Installation of feeder cables and antennas.
• Throughput testing using EVO wireless device
• Measuring VSWR using Site master and rectifying them as per required.
• Performing cutover activities and giving technical support to the teams on site.
• Resolving technical issues like E1 patching, sector swap, distortion and call connectivity issues.
• ATP on behalf of HUAWEI, verifying software, hardware and environmental alarms.

Microwave transmission Backhauling project (Mobilink):
• Deployment of PMCL WIMAX network in Pakistan in north, central and south region.
• Performing assignments pertaining to implementation of transmission planning
• Integration, commissioning, troubleshooting and testing of IP radio backhaul solution for Mobilink WIMAX network
• Conduct transmission equipment acceptance testing and site integration in coordination with vendors’ and O&M teams
• Coordination of SITE SURVEYS and Profile studies for WIMAX and GSM sites
