•Holds all over production & maintenance responsibility during shift.

•To manage & handle manpower & other shift activities to achieve given set of targets.

•Create production planning & schedule according to warehouse requirement, sales planning & raw material availability.

•Create shifts schedules, desirable according to production plan.

•Maintain yield of packaging & process equipments like crowns, caps, performs, syrup, conveyor & machines lubrication oil, labor, electricity up to given standards.

•Holds all over operational & maintenance responsibility of Carton Coding, Inkjet Coding & Videojet Coding machines.

•Periodically checking & inspection of machines to reduce forced breakdown

•Responsibility of filling up shift reports & ensures that all logbooks are filled.

•Complete & maintain all data onto SAP system.
