• Assistance within the tender phase preparation, commercial studies and site visits.
• Responsible for the preparation of the preparation of the job risk assessment, work permit & toolbox talk.
• Responsible for Supervising all the technicians, helpers and subcontractor activities.
• Monitoring and controlling of the engineering schedule of the projects.
• Reporting of the final activities including recommendations & failures if found.
• Ensuring that good safety performance is recognized and recorded especially for the work permits and isolation certificates
• To cooperate with HSE department for securing hazardous work orders and to follow up the implementation of actions required to fulfill the precautions addressed by the related work permits.
• Strictly adherence to the QHSE instructions & carry out the requirements of ISO 14001-Series, OHSAS 18001 - Series, ISO 9001 - Series.

• Following up clear instructions from supervisor, senior supervisor and superintendent.
• Assistance within the tender phase preparation, commercial studies and site visits.
• Plan, control and monitor the actual execution of all civil related works of the project, to ensure that the project will be done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.
• Generally responsible for implementations of all civil works at site.
• Plan and analyze all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at site.
• Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups.
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines, vendors and third parties.
• Review and propose engineering deliverable, vendor/procurement activities and manpower requirements for approval of the Project Manager.

• managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;
• liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
• communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
