• Monitor value creation and profitability in all dimensions; route, product, customers and sales.
• Improve internal documentation and filing systems.
• Improving, Validating, and Monitoring Processes for: Sales Incentive schemes and GSAs.
• Validate current- and Establish an improved KPI cockpit and daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s.
• Monitors expenditure for cost, revenue, budgeting and performance against the established budgetary limits and initiates corrective action where necessary.
