1. Involving media participation for promoting center’s programs and achievements
2. Develop and maintain positive contacts with media representative’s/ press agencies.
3. Coordinate all the public relation activities of the centre by having or developing right contacts.
4. Interface with external PR and advertisement agencies.
5. Coordinate implementation of branding strategy and corporate identity of the centre externally and internally.
6. Organizing and planning events, local, regional or international
7. Organizing field activities externally and internally for the whole center and visitors
8. Participation or enrolling the center for public events organized by the external parties (fully enrolment process)
9. Monitor internal and external audience perception and satisfaction
10. Writing reports upon the completion of each event and submit report to PR & Marketing Section Head.
11. Photo shoot management
12. Drafting press releases in time to time and publishing them after its approval.
13. Update SACGC’s general & program brochures, media kit, key messages, and fact sheets as needed.
14. Develop format and process for scheduling SACGC’s representatives to speak at
events, check presentations, fairs, etc.
15. Create and maintain a publicly-accessible calendar for the center activities.
16. Assist the PR & Marketing Department head to develop an ongoing communications and marketing plan for events.
17. Coordinate designing, production and broadcasting quarterly newsletters, appeals, invitations, signage, displays, give-aways, posters, event tickets, fact sheets, presentations and other collateral materials within budget and on time.
18. Broadcast internal updates and news to all employees.
19. Archive all the Center’s related pictures and news.
20. Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email.
21. Focal point between the departments and with the printing agencies.

Following up with suppliers, event managment, Preparing for all the event from exhibitions- press conferences- invite the media to the event..

Holding all the accounts of the clients for the company, customer service, following up with the clients, check the orders of the clients in the printing press, writting the press releases for the clients, publishing it in the newspapers and the magazine in Kuwait, organizing events, making booths and supervise it on the day of the event.

Holding the BBC TOP GEAR arabia Magazine, customer care, following up with the clients, selling spaces of advertising to the magazine, attend events.

writting articles, interviewing VIP from the embassies in Kuwait, owners of big companies, writting stories, attend events, openings and lunchs of big companies, k resturants, travelling to cover important events outside the country.
