Project (1) : Schlumberger (Egypt Integrated Base construction) at October City.
Project (2) : Tunnels Metro Supervision “Greater Cairo Metro Line 3 Phase 2”, Which include (Air Treatments HVAC for Stations - Blowing Ventilation for Tunnels and Extraction Ventilation for Inter Stations Annex -Smoke Extraction and Over Pressurization Fans for Stations - Fire Fighting System for Tunnels and Stations - Elevators and Escalators - Dewatering Pumping and Plumbing System for Stations and Tunnels).
Job Responsibilities:
(1) Cover and consider all Site requirements from (Reporting, inspecting, providing consultations…).
(2) Perform periodic inspections (Visual and Dimensional) for MEP works and the quality of workmanship.
(3) Reviewing the shop drawings with contractors and making the field change requests if required.
(4) Monitoring performance and progress of the works in relation to agreed schedule.
(5) Analyzing the problems as built and proposing the suitable solutions.
(6) Following up and supervising on installation works for Ducting, PROMAT and Piping Systems.
(7) Perform the Snag, Punch and Final Inspection Lists.
(8) Covering and sharing all General Operation Tests (GOT) during Experimental Working Period (EWP).
(9) Covering and sharing all Equipments Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) for HVAC Systems.
(10) Covering and sharing the Provisional Taking Over (PTO) for commissioning of all systems.
Job Responsibilities :
(1) Initiate purchase orders to satisfy the specified requirements of the project.
(2) Coordination with contractors to fulfill Owner's requirement on time and correspondence.
(3) Monitoring performance and progress of the works in relation to agreed schedule.
(4) Monitoring all material and shop drawing approval status.
(5) Ensure compliance of consultant specifications and comments by the contractors/suppliers.
(6) Ensure that the Company Quality Policy is understood and affected by all parties.
(7) Over all responsible for the timely completion of Project under predefined scope of work.
(8) Preparation of Monthly Progress Report.
(9) Follow site work progress and coordination meetings.
(10) Ensure smooth progress of MEP activities during execution of civil works.
(11) Perform periodic inspections of MEP work progress and quality of work and recommend corrective action to the Project Manager if required.
(12) Handling over document with O & M manuals and As Built Drawings for the project.

: Project :Installation MEP works and execution the Infrastructure of project, Complete Construction for the Healthy Care Compound and the Hospital on Area about 5.5 Hectares , which included :
550 Rooms (8 Resident Buildings )-Administration Main Building - Class rooms Building- Laboratories and Clinics - Covered Games Hall - Theater Building - Kitchen and Laundry Building - Heating Boilers Plant - Central Air Conditioning Plant more over (1200 Fan Coils Units, 30 AHUS, S.A.F, EX.AF, Split Units, Chillers, Pumps, .) -Sewage Water Treatment Plant -Rain Water Treatment Plant -Domestic and Fire Fighting Water Plant - 4 (Covered Swimming Pools) - Fountains - Fuel Supply Plant- Modern Water Irrigation system- Building Automation System( B.A.S), (B.M.S) - Pipes Networks (Sanitary, A/C, Fire Fighting, Domestic Cold &Heating Water, Fuel, Irrigation, ..)
:Job Responsibilities
(2) Preparation & timely submission of Construction drawings until to get Owner's approval.
(3) Coordinate and designate the work to be carried out to supervisors / foreman and technicians.
(4) Modifying some Designs according to the nature and proposing solutions.
(5) Day to day supervision of site works and the quality of workmanship.
(6) Coordination with Subcontractors to fulfill Owner's requirement on time and correspondence
(7) Conducts such inspections & tests as may be required in conformance with the contract documents & the project’s inspection & test plan.
(8) Inform the Project Manager in respect of any variations or changes required to the site works as advised by the Owner Representative.
(9) Will ensure the on time delivery of material to site to avoid any unnecessary delay.
(10) Timely completion of site installation as per drawings and supplier's recommendations.
(11) Coordinate for testing and commissioning of equipment/system where ever applicable.
(12) After completion of each installation / testing activity get written approval from Owner Representative

Job Responsibilities:
1) Preparing the B.O.Q for some projects, Examining, Recommending Technically and following up on the implementation of projects.
2) Reviewing designs and shop drawings with consultants and contractors.
3) Analyzing problems as built and proposing suitable solutions.
4) Executing a fully innovation for A/C projects for many branches.
5) Supervising on the implementation of the mechanical works of plumbing and fire fighting.
6) Coordination with contractors to fulfill Bank’s requirement on time and correspondence
Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for Supervising on the implementation of the Installing all Mechanical Works (Central A/C in Cairo - Package and Split Units in Hurghada - Fire Fighting -Swimming Pools - Boilers Heating System -Sanitary Sewage water networks - Feeding Cold Water system -Modern water Irrigation system) .
2) Reviewing designs and shop drawings with consultants and contractors.
3) Analyzing problems as built and proposing suitable solutions.
4) Supervising on the implementation of the mechanical works of plumbing and fire fighting.
5) Coordination with contractors to fulfill Owner's requirement on time and correspondence.
6) Responsible for Operation and Maintenance for the delivered different systems.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Replacement for disposal old units- retrofits for some units- installing (fan coil Units- air handling Units - cooling towers- chillers - pumps - pipes - control- hookups.....).
2) Start Up and Commissioning all units of the system.
3) Work at the Service Centre in the Reciprocating Chillers Department.
4) Carrying out Emergency Calls, Repairs Contracts and Overhauls maintenance.
5) Following up and Supervision on the operation, repairing and maintenance A/C systems as a Resident Engineer in some Administrative and Governmental Buildings.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Following up the production stages in manufacturing Fire Tubes Boilers and HIgh Pressure Vessels.
2) Supervising on fabrication stages, building, assembly, components installation,
3) Supervising on the Testing Methods Stages for Welding Ultra Sonic Waves, Gama Rays and Hydraulic Press).
4) Assuring Fabrication Process Control and Product quality .
