The maintenance Leader position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business .goals and objectives
Job Responsibilities: -
1. Supervise the maintenance team to perform the maintenance job in the plant.
2. Make schedule to preventive maintenance such as servicing, inspection, and maintenance.
3. Perform PLC Based control system trouble shooting.
4. Install some additional modification on the production line depends on the product.
5. Make daily, weekly and monthly report for the maintenance.
6. Make service report for the machines.
7. Arrange and keep records on Maintenance spare parts store.
8. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facilities equipment. (Overhead cranes, Hydraulic Press, Welding Machines (FRONIUS), CNC(DOOSAN) Machines.
9. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
10. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
11. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
12. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
13. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
14. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
The Floorhand is responsible for pipe handling, casing and drilling equipment on the drill floor as well as carrying out maintenance on the equipment. The Floorhand also makes and breaks rotary connections using rig tongs, handles tubular goods, elevators and slips, and operates semi-automated pipe-handling machines.
