Duties:

• Provide General Office Support and follow up on all administration Issues; meetings; presentations, scheduling, travel arrangements, minutes.

• Preparing all material and documents for proposals.

• Start up project operation, procurement of all furniture, computers, and all equipment required for the project, and serve project staff.

• Plan to create the Admin. Work System as: filing system, organization of working hours, sick & annual Leave for the staff, medical insurance, car insurance.

• Follow up shipment release from the custom. And direct the execution of all required procedures related to the shipment, Supervising on all the correspondences of freight department sent to the agents., Check with our agents., Face and Solve any problem ., Check all the original documents., Providing our big clients several logistics solutions to meet their needs., Dealing with the supplier & Shippers for their shipments., Following up & Training the operation stuff. • Negotiating with the shipping line & overseas agents for achieving the better net prices
