Duties:
• Assist in the distribution of work for engineers to follow up the work done and to ensure the quality of work.
• Review weekly and monthly reports by engineers sites and contribute with the project manager to find appropriate solutions to the problems and obstacles in the project
• Arranging the planning and scheduling of work.
• Monitor the work progress(cutting, filling, Drilling, Blasting, Boxculverts, Retaining walls, side slope protection...etc) compare to the accepted program of work and report to the projectmanger.
• Carrying out pre inspections and also final inspections.
• Liaison with engineers, designers, local authorities, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensuring each project is in accordance with health and safety legislation.
• Directing tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of staff.
• Review, check and evaluate the Contractors time schedule of works;
• Analyze, assess and participate in discussions about any suggested recovery program by the Contractor to mitigate any delays.
• Participate in the assessment and analysis of time related claims by the contractor.
• Evaluating & analysing offers, preparing competitive pricing & finalizing contracts. Drafting Contractual Letters to client as well as sub contractors, Documentation regarding Extension of Time, Claim Management.
Duties:
• Preparation many design projects(Reinforce Concerte Buildings, mud houses, water reservoirs...etc).
• (Initial study for the project of road from Amed to Rubat Bakuban(Hudramout),
• supervisor for construction project of Irrigation network at Baateer in Trim Directorate Wadi-Hudramout.
• study and design and supervisor Athkal slope at Rahia (Hudramout),
• Initial study for four school at Tarim and supervisor for construction project Qasem school (Hudramout),
• supervisor for construction project Ibn Khaldun basic education school (Hudramout), .
• supervisor for construction project Motherhood and Childhood Center Hospital Trim Directorate(Hudramout).
• supervisior for the project of rehabilitation and improvement of Ahqaf library of manuscripts Tarim(Hudramout).
• supervisor for construction project Big Al-Hajarayn mosque (Hudramout).
• Initial study and designs for the dam of Hanakat Basalib (Hudramout).
Duties:
• Coordination the workof committees to assess the cost of maintenance of mud houses partialy affected by the floods.
• Contract with supervisor appointed engineer for every person affected home the follow-up repair work and preparation a bi-monthly reports, as well as submit the extracts of the owner of thehouse aggrieved
• Contribute to development of the approved mechanism used in the compensation of fully collapsed buildings.
• Direct contract with the owner of the house aggrieved about compensation
• Coordination with the local authority in each Directorate regarding compensation
Duties:
• Aquality assurance inspector of laboratory, CBM3.
• supervisor for construction project of road which joins Caltex Round About to the Sea port.
• supervisor for civil works that includes underwater construction of the wharf wall foundation and the above and below water construction of the 18 meter deep 700 meter long wharf.
Qualifications: • July1999-Acoursein autocad for the Engineering drawings, andalso acquainted in computer programms ( Word, Excel, turbo-pascal). • 1992-1998-University of AdenCollege of Engineering–Civil Graduation project is titled structural design of Six Storeys Residential Building. • March 2003 -Participated in a workshop to qualify consultant in methods of cotratcting and construction. • Jun2015-course in OSHAcademy in Construction Safety and Health • May2016-course in PMP Prepration from Aldarayn Academy
