➢ Presently Working in M/s. ZUKHROF Trading & Contracting, Real Estate Co, DOHA, Qatar as the Director of Administrative Affair and legal affairs (from December 18, 2008 to date)

• Research and follow-up study and legal issues concerning activities of the company in coordination with the relevant administrative units.
• Investigate the facts and violations attributed to the staff of the company, and the preparation of notes containing the results of the investigation together with the legal opinion and recommendations, and presented to the competent authority, and follow up the implementation of the decisions taken thereon.
• Follow-up of disputes and issues that the company is a party.
• Maintaining all related records documentation, confidential documents and files are properly kept and organized.
• Overseeing the planning and organization of business and activities entrusted to the Department of Personnel.
• Preparing Daily Program of Works.
• Assess the level of performance of employees in the department and make recommendations to do so.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports of the service status.
• Execution of orders received.
• Tracks all personnel actions in terms of traffic control measures and benefits relating to the transfer / assignment / annual increases / bonuses / annual reports / promotion / licenses and oversees the kinds documented in the records and forms of assessment.

• Responsible for routine administrative works and correspondence (Dictated and self) such as enquires quotation and invoices.

• Responsible for interaction with customers on maintenance related.
• Preparing Request forms for maintenance schedule.
• Preparing Confirmation of maintenance done the other day.
• Preparing memos and time sheet for the maintenance workers.
• Maintaining of Documents Submittal such as work report, sub contractor reports.
• Receives telephone calls, sending / receiving communication via E-mail and fax.
• Follow-up jobs for quotations and inquires by making calls and correspondence.
• Controlling inventory in the store.
➢ Involving in company's day to day activities on regular business.
