Do all Pre-opening tasks (Budget-Hiring-System installation- Volume 1 budget- and volume 2 purchasing-open bank accounts - insurance - HR & IT related )

•Overall management of the accounting records and financial reports of the hotel, ensuring compliance with company, owner,
statutory and fiscal requirements and timetable
•Compliance with the management agreement and any Owner / Lease agreement
•Provide an effective and efficient control through focused system of internal control
•Monitor compliance with company policy and accounting procedures
•Ensure legal and tax compliance and that adequate insurance cover is maintained
•Develop best practice financial accounting and control procedures
•Support and advice the management team on financial and commercial matters
•Manage the formulation, review and approval of budgeting and strategic planning within the hotel, identifying value opportunities
•Ensure a regular cycle of forecasting is taking place with content and detail appropriate to the needs of the operation.

Manage closing of books and preparation of financial reports in accordance with Uniform System of Accounts (11th Edition) and
Hotel Polices
• Review and reconcile General Ledger, Bank Accounts, P&L and ensure they are complete, reliable and faithfully represent the
financial position of the Hotel
• Develop and ensure that Sun System database is adequately maintained. Supervise the input and handling of financial/reference

data for Payroll and FBM Systems
• Overall management of the accounting records and financial reports of the hotel, ensuring compliance with company, owner,
statutory and fiscal requirements and timetable
• Prepare all of the month closing reports ( 4th - operation - manager report - P&L - ...) as per last updated COA with Uniform
System 11th.
