Analysis and reporting of all sample received for purity test by GC. Online completion of records and analysis raw data during analysis.
Routine analysis of the different samples to classify their physical and chemical identity. Maintain all analytical equipment according to the schedule and Standard Operating Procedures. Investigate out-of-spec analysis, maintain accuracy of QC lab. Documentation and reporting to Manager.
Approve batches, incoming raw materials, and routine analysis of the different samples to classify their physical and chemical identity. Maintain all analytical equipment according to the schedule and Standard Operating Procedures. Monitoring of GLP cleaning of lab equipments. Calibrations of laboratory equipments related to RM testing (Like UV-Visible spectrophotometer, Polarimeter, Refractometer, Karl-Fischer Titrator, Optimelt, pH Meter) and investigate out-of-spec analysis, maintain accuracy of QC lab. Retesting intimation to warehouse. Documentation and reporting to Quality Control Manager.
