Provide effective leadership to the Municipal Asset Management team to deliver high quality customer driven services and asset management lifecycle activities that support and promote DMA’s business objectives of planning and managing the municipal infrastructure assets and service delivery. Manage, direct, develop, and implements all facets of the Municipal Asset Management Program. Prepare and implement the municipal asset management strategy and associated policies. Manage performance and improvement of assets through proactive actions including the undertaking of site performance audits, setting and reviewing operating and management performance targets and criteria. Responsible for the provision of all municipal asset management services within approved budgets. Contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of services within the municipal system and assist where required in supporting asset owners and managers. Assure challenging municipal asset management goals and objectives are met. Meet asset management planning targets through the programming of works within budgets.
