• Processing Foreign Currency exchange transactions for Customers as well as providing.
• Coordinating Telex transfers, instant money transfers, and Western Union money transfers.
• Topping up international mobile phones and dealing with utility bill collection, credit card encashment, and
corporate cash collection.
• Handling Daily Operations While Making Sure that No Excess or Shortage Happens with The Tell.
• To accurately perform all remittance transactions and other service transactions for the customers.
• Respect and comply with AML rules, policies, and procedures of the company.
• Resolve customer complaints independently.
• Promote and cross-sell new products and services introduced by the company among customers.
