Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Set up and configure new workstations, accounts, and software for users.

Install and update operating systems, software applications, and patches.

Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and routers.

Document support processes, system changes, and user instructions.

Ensure data backups are completed and verify disaster recovery processes.

Provide support for remote users and ensure VPN and remote access are functioning properly.

Manage user access and permissions through Active Directory or similar systems.

Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new solutions and upgrades.

Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Ensure cybersecurity measures are followed and report any incidents or vulnerabilities
