Primarily responsible as Project Coordinator for establishing, monitoring, and executing project plans. In charge of delivering projects that improve clients’ business applications, infrastructure and processes, and doing this within time and to the highest standards. Also involved in building and relationships with clients, and maintaining liaison with them throughout each project.
Duties as Project Coordinator
• Leading project teams in the delivery of client requirements from inception to completion
• Overseeing, Coordinating and managing all project day to day activities of the project and ensuring project deliverables are achieved to plan.
• Conducting daily standup meetings and retrospectives, maintain information radiators up to date and all project related documents.
• Setting and driving project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met and completed on time.
• Coordinating work for and providing direction to staff to complete deliverables.
• Comply with project plans and industry standards
Duties as Tech Lead / Senor Software Engineer
• Reviewing current systems
• Develop complex software components. Provided team and project leadership for software development activities.
• Testing the product in control and real situations before going live
• Advises developers on best methods of software development and code creation.
• Monitor, modify and develop to ensure software meets established goals.
• Understand challenges with current systems and assist with architecting next generation systems
• Proven ability to achieve results in very high pressure environments and to keep teams motivated.
• Able to manage and control projects in multiple project environments.
• Engage above mention areas with minimum assistance from the supervisor
Duties as Senor Software Engineer
• Reviewing current systems

Duties
• Execute full lifecycle of software development with writing well designed, testable and efficient code
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics
• Serve as a subject matter expert
• Analyze, design and coordinate the development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problems.
• Responsible for development of new programs, analyzes current programs and processes, and making recommendations which yield a more cost effective product.
• Tests new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate;
• Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular and database level.
• Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
• Provide recommendations to management concerning issues of programmer productivity and software development management.
