CWAY is a company that has been operating in Nigeria for more than twenty five years in the field of food and beverage industries. Recently, the board of directors decided to enter the snacks industry and they hired me and brought me to Nigeria due to my previous brilliant experience in this industry.
During this period, I planned all the necessary work such as product selection, trial testing of selected primary products, ordering of necessary machinery and other requirements, preparing drawing and required documents, project plan, business plan, budgeting, financial calculations, estimation and ordering of raw materials and packaging materials, selection and hiring of specialized personnel, installation of machinery, project management, project execution, initial production, marketing plan and other necessary tasks, then scored during a very good team cooperation.
In the next step I focused on new Projects Execution, managing the entire Production Operations, Quality Control, Process Improvement, Product Development, Maintenance, General Management.
