needs and foresee opportunities.
Training/keep up to date on technical changes to improve technical know-how.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with distributors and branch offices as well as end-users to offer BMS solution,
Work with customers, consultants to stimulate information driven selling concept.
Coordinate with Sales Manager to implement market strategy to position our company as
a lead system integrator for BMS, promoting name awareness and using value driven
solutions.
Prepare product and solution presentations to consulting engineers and customers
representatives.
Study the market and get the potential customers to open new business force.
Responsibilities:
Approaching prospective clients and generate project leads for sales team.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Preparation of sequence of operation, bill of quantity and estimation based on specification
and project requirements.
Preparation of Technical Product Submittal, Shop Drawings, Specification Compliance and
pursue approvals with clients/consultants.
Liaising with manufacturers, logistic department, project team and client to ensure
adherence to the timeline and to provide an optimal solution to the client.
Responsibilities:
BMS testing & commissioning, handover and implementation of the system in accordance
with compliance and requirements.
Developing DDC program using different programming languages ( Function Block
Diagram, Instruction List, Ladder Diagram, …..)
Provide technical support with all MEP Projects, including supporting the design,
installation, commissioning of new assets and systems.
Liaise with technical staff, including external contractors to ensure all work programs are
delivered in an effective and efficient manner.
Provide effective communication with management, peers, contractors, subcontractors,
project subcontractors.
Monitor, control and maintain the operations of the BMS system and proactively provide
intervention to diagnosis, probable faults, and interruptions to service.
Identify snags, defects and generate a report on the corrective measures.
Carry out planned preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, and
adjustments to the BMS system to provide operational effectiveness and continuity of
service.
Worked as a project engineer specialised in motor control center ( MCC ) design, Programming ALERTON VLC controller and graphic design for Envision for BACTALK for Building Management System ( BMS ).
Motor Control Center (MCC) designer and workshop supervisor .I was authorized to apply ISO 9001/2008 and ohsas 18001 to the administration system . that provide me with a good chance to have quality controlling course, quality auditing, improved IT skills and also improved AutoCAD and Photoshop skilles
