Assist in promoting Excellence awareness&the concepts of continual improvement across the corporate.
Ensure the successful implementation&administration of excellence criteria according to the DGEP/DGE requirement(Radar System/G4)
Ensure the timely submission of business measurable objectives to the concerned supervisor
Create all the required forms ensure the proper reflection of all the individual and corporate achievements based on the DGEP/DGE criteria
Prepare all the requirements necessary for the participation of the corporate employees, projects, teams and organization in the DGEP/DGE yearly awards, starting with the nominations to the preparation of needed documents, training and rehearsals of each nominee
Prepare progress reports to the concerned manager/committees about the performance of the DGEP/DGE nominations with the possible areas of improvements
Participate in the execution of the internal/External Excellence self-assessment
Provide feedback to the management about the performance of the DGEP Assessments to be reviewed for possible improvement of the system
Monitor all the improvement actions along for their effectiveness
Participate in some functional improvement teams
Manage the internal awards program
Revise and develop the internal award’s manual according to the G4 criterion
Revise and develop the self-assessment’s manual
Setting and planning the shortlisted nominees’ Executive Council’s site visit
Lead/participate in the corporate’s benchmark visits
Set the framework of evaluating and rewarding the stakeholders

Develop the internal communication plan for the divisions/ departments under Senior Executive Director’s office based on the guidelines provided and monitor the communications for its effectiveness.
