Responsibilities:
●Acting as a Technical Consultant for the Contractor.
●Preparing the Design/Calculations verifications and BOQ review.
●Preparing the Electrical Calc. using Ecodial, DOC Win and DIALux Software.
●Preparing the on-site tasks for the Projects Shop drawings.
●Review the material submittals technical data & give technical support.

●Tiara Palm Dubai Hotel and Tiara Residences in Palm Jumeira,
Dubai, UAE (Project consist of seven residential buildings, five
stars Hotel and Landscape area with Clubhouse and restaurant
on the Gulf Coast).

Responsibilities:
● Supervise quality control and electrical construction works
according to the contract documents and the applicable
standards.
● Review and comment the Shop drawings, As-built drawings and
materials.
● Control and support the quantity survey (QS) activities &
correspondences.
● Respond to RFI’s and issue technical and replies letters to
Contractor.
●Review and comment the testing and commissioning Method of
Statements and following up its implementation in site for the
electrical systems.
Supervision Projects:
●MobiNil Administrative and Customers Service Building, In Smart Village, Cairo, Egypt. (Project Area: 2000m2 as a basement For parking, four offices floors and work spaces. Project total cost: 120, 000, 000 L.E. and 55, 000, 000 L.E for the electromechanical works).
Responsibilities:
●Supervise the electrical quality control works in site and review shop drawings, As-Built drawings, material submittals and contractor’s invoices.
●Write and prepare business letters and technical reports.
●Review and approve the testing and commissioning documents and follow up its implementation for the electrical systems.
●Supervise the preliminary Operation and Maintenance works.
●Allegria Project Infrastructure Networks.
Cairo - Alexandria Desert Road, Egypt.
(The project consist of villas and palaces compounds, Golf playgrounds, schools, Malls and all relevant services).

Responsibilities:
Construction supervision works of the electrical construction installations Within the scope of work which included:
●Pump station and Irrigation water tank for the high zone landscape.
●Golf irrigation pump room.
●Golf Lake filling pumps set.
Construction supervision included the coordination with all other activities Inside pumps stations.
Design Projects:
●San Stefano Private Beach and Marina, Alexandria, Egypt.
● The Technical Hospital of Misr University for Science and Technology.
●El Tebbin water treatment plant extension works, Cairo, Egypt.
Responsibilities:
●Design of electrical systems in compounds and high-rise buildings
Using the relevant design software programs and prepare the design drawings using AutoCAD software.
●Coordinate with the other MEP systems for the desired electrical loads of machines (pumps, chillers, air handling units
package units ….etc) and design the required MCC’s.
●Participate in preparing the tender documents of the projects including B.O.Q and specs.
●Prepare the preliminary quantity survey documents.

●Oran Commercial, Residential, Office & Entertainment Compound Building in Wahran, Algeria. (Project area is 2800 m2).
