Supervise the implementation of civil activities for 4 Tunnels around Al masjid Al haram, 2 service tunnels to connect between them.
Every Tunnel Length is about 1000 m. and divided to 2 lanes (pedestrian & emergency lane). Each tunnel contains service culvert and Toilets for Passengers.
Each Tunnel contains different types of finishing systems and materials & contains different types of MEP systems (ventilation system & fire alarm system & firefighting system & water supply and drainage & Eletritical and cables system).
Mange labors & materials and the construction equipment to achieve the best productivity rates.
Manage subcontractors responsible for finishing system such as (Aluminum cladding system & marble cladding system & flooring system & ceiling system).
Plan and Coordinate site activities between different subcontractors.
Monitor the performance of subcontractors.
Lead the execution of project activities regarding the standard & specification to achieve required Quality.
Prepare documents to assure quality as required.
Lead the execution of Health and safety standard.
-Lead and supervise the maintenance and new establishments for several EDITA facilities such as distribution centers and factories.
