Banking Business Performance Analyst (Jan 2017 - Present)
Prepare and monitor of periodic performance analysis report of business units
against agreed targets and KPIs in line with budgetary requirements.
Ensure ad hoc reports are provided to management when required,
also act as the centralized reporting function by ensuring all
stakeholders are receiving reports in a standard and timely manner.
Guide & advise units heads in their planning and analysis of budget
requirements & preparation of budget requests.
Develop product & segment profitability analysis & help in scenario
planning and budgeting for growth to support business and segment
heads in tracking their business.
Develop customer performance metrics (cross-sell, customer growth,
product penetration)
Supporting Business & Sales Teams with ad hoc analysis & actual
performance reports reg
