• Interpret client / consultant’s technical requirement and questions, clearly define and control on scope from technical aspect.
• Prepare and attend kickoff meeting, vendor meeting with client, design institute, contractor, suppliers on technical aspect, prepare technical part of Meeting minutes.
• Represents the company in a professional manner at all times while providing outstanding customer service that aligns with Siemens visions and values.
• Responsible for performance of the project goals and for submitting accurate field service reports, expense reports, timesheets, and other useful paperwork daily.
• Qualified to diagnose rotating equipment failures (steam turbines and possibly other rotating equipment) and competent to respond and repair recurring problems and emergency services as needed independently.
• Practiced to complete, accurate, and timely rebuilds/overhauls in the field also in adverse conditions and without supervision.
• Able to perform mechanical inspection using micrometers, pressure gauge rotating, electronic diagnostic equipment and other specialty tools with little to no guidance.
• Must recognize and align with Health, Safety and Environmental rules and policies that are applicable to each location.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plant equipment.
• Analyze equipment performance to determine proper calibration and/or effective operation.
• Install, maintain, and repair plant components.
• Keep a neat and efficient work area.
• Respect all plant safety rules, policies and procedures.

Projects Details:
Global maintenance of 3# power plants with Mars100 Solar turbo-generators. The Equipment matter are shall be
installed at the following locations:
* N° 4 turbo generators installed in Hammar IPF.
* N° 2 Turbo generators installed in Zubair IPF.
* N° 2 Turbo generators installed in Rafdya IPF.
* Black start diesel generator (Cummins).
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Carry out 8000Hrs service for 8 turbines.
* Detection and troubleshooting of malfunctions related to emergency shutdowns of equipment.
* Perform Borescope for axial Compressor of Mars100 gas turbines.
* Vibration monitoring for gas turbines motors.
* Follow up permit to work and electronic permit to work.
* Perform monthly and annual inspection and service for Black start diesel generator.
* Troubleshooting for trip of Gas Turbine Mars100 due to fuel gas contamination and condensation.
* Alignment for Gas Turbine Mars100 between generator and gearbox side.
