• ︎ Handling of Non-Executive Recruitment of staff attached to Central Warehouse for the position Clerical Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, Service Assistant & Reach Truck operators.
• ︎ Conducting first and second interviews of retail staff and evaluating & collecting required documents in an orderly manner.
Source candidates through various channels & Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• ︎ Advertising weekly in Xpressjobs.lk & Ikman.lk to fill the cadre gaps.
• ︎ Advertising weekly in Social Media & Newspaper.
• ︎ Organizing & Conducting interview program with District Secretariat & Divisional Secretariat's with Human Resource Development Officers.
• ︎ Organizing & Participate Recruitment leaflet campaigns in selected areas.
• ︎ Weekly Basis analyzing HRIS (HCM Microimage) report of staff carder gaps & Coordinate with Outlet managers/Operation Managers to determine staffing needs.
Coordinate & onboarding the staff to orientation programs for new employees.
• ︎ Updating Orientation list of recruited retail staff on a daily basis.
HR Technology System & Special Projects
• ︎HRIS system transfer project from HCM - Micro image to H-senid HR digital system software conduct system training programs.
• ︎ Tamil Language Translation projects for Foundation, Training development Department & Grievance Handling Procedures.
