• Main Responsibilities includes:
• Cash Management:
1. Handles general petty cash, which includes disbursement of cash advances, salaries, and general supplier payments according to the financial rules.
2. Maintaining cash flow statement.
3. Keeps proper record of cash advances, Safe balances and inventories.
• Accountancy Work:
1. Have good experience of accounting entries, bank reconciliation, monthly closing, Cash Statement, vouchers and all other accounting principals.
2. Processing of Invoices after ensuring the complete supporting documents (RO, PO, Contract, Selection table etc.)
3. Controlling the telecommunication cost by analysis with graphical system.
• Bank Management:
1. Maintaining the Bank balances of various currencies and updates the cash statement on daily basis.
2. Maintaining the good banking relations with Bank Authorities.
3. Responsible for opening employee’s bank account for salaries.
4. Maintains and update the signatories with bank according to the organization needs.
• Office Management:
1. Maintaining office inventories and stationary items.
2. Record keeping by proper filling system.
3. Have good working knowledge of processing Diplomatic ID card, Visa Extension, driving license and NOC for travel.
4. Have good working knowledge of premises maintenance work.
5. Providing administrative support to make sure that office operations are running in an effective, advance and perfect manner.
6. Typing letters and additional documents; maintaining office files, and usage of office equipments.
7. Researching and helping with the preparation of official documents, policies and procedures and prepare agenda for meetings.

As a Supervisor, performed various duties started from 10 October 2008 till 30 April 2009.
• Main Responsibilities included: 1. Supervision of team.
