• Requirement gathering for modules and functionalities.

• Participating in system integration, debugging/troubleshooting of the application and providing continuous support for end users business issues in live environment.

• Sharing information on daily stand up calls to reflect exact status of each of the requirement assigned to team members.
• Active participation in all activity of agile methodology e.g. sprint meeting, poker planning, daily stand up meeting, retrospective meeting and show & tell meeting etc.
• Responsible to create the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to minimize disruption to client services in times of crisis and quarterly execution of BCP drill.

• Handling the product development includes designing, coding and unit testing as per requirements and schedules.
• Designing and developing user interface of application by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle.
• Active participation in all activity of agile methodology e.g. sprint meeting, poker planning, daily stand up meeting, retrospective meeting and show & tell meeting etc.

• Handling .NET development including design, unit testing and troubleshooting of applications. Completing the product development as per requirements, schedules and scheduled activities.
• Working with on-site team members and clients to track status and issues in offshore development mode. Conducting reviews of codes, test cases and analyzing change requests/enhancements.
• Contributing in team meetings and cross module knowledge transfer sessions. Also, contributing in resolving configuration issues during deployment of application across multiple environments platforms.
• Responsible to create the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to minimize disruption to client services in times of crisis and quarterly execution of BCP drill.
• Responsible to allocate and assign the timesheet tasks to team members and update the project management dashboard as per scheduled activities.
• Responsible to create, maintain and release the tasks for all the deliverables of project in Integrated Project Management System to avoid project schedule slippage.
