▸ Drove network utilisation from 2.5% to 7% through a precision-led premium site strategy; designed multi-format expansion playbook
covering public fast-charging hubs, highway corridors, fleet depot charging, and B2B captive charging (hotels, malls, SEZs) — increasing
overall asset utilisation by 60% through demand analytics and EV registration density mapping.
▸ Owned full AOP lifecycle — market sizing, target-setting, budget allocation, and quarterly review — integrating EV adoption trends,
policy incentives, traffic density and competitive mapping into expansion strategy.
▸ Modelled business cases for AC slow, DC fast and Ultra-fast charging formats; defined capital allocation priorities within AOP to
maximise ROI and network coverage efficiency while embedding quarterly milestone accountability across operations and commercial
teams.
▸ Led a team of 4 direct reports and a network of managers overseeing end-to-end delivery from site identification to commercial
commissioning.
