Supervise and responsible for all utilities such as;
o Wet utilities (water, storm water and treated sewage effluent ”TSE”)
o Dry utilities (Ooredoo, Inelegant Traffic System “ITS”, Qatar National Broadband Network “QNBN”, Security system Department “SSD”, Qatar Armed Network “QAF”, electrical and Street lights)
Supervise and responsible for two soakaway tanks
Ensure all requirements relating to HSE and secuirty are met
Reviewing of method statement, shop drawings and inspection and test plans
Assist in preparation of progeress report
Ensuring quality measures are being implemented at site for works
Reviewing of IRs and ensuring the proper documentaion is made
Checking of daily progress report
Issuing of SOR/NCR for non-conformnace of works and follow-up to attend the same
Ensuring that the utilities elements of the works are constrctued in accordance with the contarct specifications and requirments
Assist in the evaluation of contarctor claims
Coordinate with the public authorities for the utilities
Ensure that all necessary specific requirment made by stake holders are fully implemented by the contractor
Preparing taking over certificates
Supervise and responsible for all water networks of main lines and services connections (Excavation, pipe laying, surrounding, backfilling, testing, wrapping, swabbing, sterilizing…).Supervise and responsible for fire hydrant networks (Excavation, installations, testing, sterilizing …).Supervise and responsible for constructing chambers activities (Excavation, Concrete, Steel Reinforcement, finishing…).Supervise and responsible for road crossings and all reinstatement works (Asphalt, kerbs, interlocks…).Monthly payments & progress for Review & Approval. Coordinate with the Contractor’s supervisory personal regarding schedule sequence and method of works. Prepare of written and oral reports to the RE / PM on Contractor and procedural materials. Ensure compliance with client quality objectives by applying the ISO system. Ensure that all the contract program/specifications requirements are achieved with good quality of work. Review of material / contract procurement and delivery schedules and Updates. Ensure all operations are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with H&S Policy. Review of project quality plans. Prepare of project close out reports.
Infrastructure works:
Responsible for all sewerage networks (Construction of pipe lines ”GRP for 400mm DIA and above & u-PVC from 100mm to 300mm, GRP manholes, GRP inspection chambers “house connection). Sewerage collection and disposal cost is (37, 509, 562.00) AED.
Responsible for all storm water networks (Construction of pipe lines ”GRP for 400mm DIA and above & u-PVC from 100mm DIA to 300mm DIA”, Concrete manholes, Concrete inlets “flush & kerb”). Storm water drainage cost is (23, 096, 607.00) AED.
Structure works
Responsible for concrete irrigation tank from excavation to finishing works Dimension (30.6*13.4*5.45) 3.84 m above G.L, 2.16m below G.L.
Responsible for storm water concrete retention tank from excavation to concrete works Dimension (30.65*31.35*5.80), (3.70 m above G.L, 2.10m below G.L).
Responsible for concrete sewerage holding tank from excavation to finishing works Dimension (12.70*6.70*4.25)”Under G.L”.
Responsible for precast concrete works (shuttering, reinforcement, casting, repairing and installations) for Storm Water works: (Cover slab & Inlet chamber)
Telephone works: (JRC 14 & Entry box )
Electrical works: ( Feeder pillar & Lighting pole foundation & Foundation of substation (1000 &500) KVA )
Irrigation works: ( Irrigation valve chamber & Irrigation pull box)
Road works: ( Speed humps )
Preparing tenders & B.O.Q.
Estimating projects cost.
Surveying all materials required for the projects and applying purchasing orders for all materials.
Execute all works for company's branch including concrete and finishing works.
Coordinate with the Contractor’s supervisory personal regarding schedule sequence and method of works.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Ensure all operations are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with the project / Company H&S Policy.
Ensure compliance with client quality objectives by applying the ISO system
Surveying all materials required for the projects. Estimate project costs (direct and indirect).
Determine all resources (Engineers, labors, Equipment…) required for the project.
Applying cost analysis and cost control for the project.
Prepare project schedule.
Prepare the technical method of statement for construction.
Prepare tenders & B.O.Q.
