• Process transactions dealt with clients & customers in regards to bank product & services and also managed financial risk for United Kingdom customers. Keeping in mind the bank data regulation and the process, this leads to good SLA
• Queue management in time for both calls and emails, we get complete information in which effort was made to prevent or limit possible damage.
• NPS was major part of our performance which was measured every month with clients and customer feedback. I got 90% promoters consecutively for 2 months after I joined the team and continued for many months. This helped delivering tangible impact towards customer experience
• Assisted team manager in overall team performance, including tech related issues where I get in touch with tech team to provide real time feedback on the issues our customers face majorly, organizing workflow, & query resolution with upward escalation of more complex queries to the relevant or designated team
• Also worked for and quality check tool trainings and knowledge checker for process, always scored more than 90% and got promoted within 5 months of the joining
