Menu planning of Lighthous and liaising with chefs to ensure smooth kitchen and service operations.
Managing The Maritime Standard Awards 2016, The Maritime Standard Tanker Conference & The Maritime Standard Ship Finance and Trade Conference.
Dealing with sponsors, vendors and hotel venue.
Coordinating with delegates and VIPs and making necessary hotel bookings in order to ensure guest satisfaction.
Communicating with production team.
Working with Madinat Jumeirah & Mina Al Salam for all of their events. Supervising banqueting staff and hostesses before and during the event. Supervising the pre-event and post-event setup.
Ensure customer satisfaction & deal with customer requirements & complaints. Provide flight details & book flights. Market the business on social media platforms.
Worked closely with Director of Guest Experiences to develop & introduce an innovative welcome amenities program. Oversee & coordinate daily VIP, repeat and long stay guests. Analyse customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall Medallia rating. Improve TripAdvisor rating, making top 25, by actively seeking guests' feedback.
