• Analyzing current HR infrastructure and technology usage of SMEs.
• Working with CEOs, HR managers & Finance Managers to implement Bayzat Benefits within their organizations to automate HR and Payroll processes.
• Partnering with the design & technology team to optimize Bayzat website and platform for user experience, while minimizing required touch points.
• Assisting employers and employees understand their medical insurance and networks through the usage of Bayzat Benefits.

Group Medical Insurance

•Educating prospective customers on insurance products, mechanics, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with insurers to service customers’ medical insurance needs.
•Working with insurance underwriters to adapt and design medical insurance policies, where required, at the optimal cost for the client.
• Setting-up and leading meetings with existing and new business accounts.
•Maintaining accountability for closing rates and performance metrics.
