Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and execution of all quality assurance, control and
regulatory requirements and related support activities
• Focus on continuous improvement and increasing standards for quality while optimizing cost and
responsiveness.
• Establishes relevant quality and reliability standards by studying services and consumer
requirements with other members of management as well as referring to ISO standards
implemented in the company
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and government
requirements
• Comply with the company Annual balance Score card system
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Perform internal audits of the Laboratory, including both technical and quality systems audits
• Perform and document investigation; corrective action, including follow up monitoring to gauge the
effectiveness of the corrective action
• Maintaining a professional appearance of Lab
• Monitoring turn-around times
• Maintain current Demonstrations of Capability for all test procedures in the laboratory
• Monitor compliance to QA Standard procedures and Manual
• Develop and monitor standard operating procedures (SOP’s) as they pertain to lab
• Conduct training and awareness of company policies and objectives within employees
• Monitoring and implement paper-free laboratory operations
