• Formulated Special Economic Zones (SEZ) White Papers for JAZAN City for Primary and Downstream Industries (JCPDI), which were approved and consider that papers as role model for other applications by Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority.
• Aided in the completion of the (JAZAN City for Primary and Downstream Industries (JCPDI) Economic Plan & Master Plan Project) as the foundation and roadmap for the Jazan city's economic development; combined with liaising and coordination among the (Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, National Industrial Development and Logistics Program, Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority, Royal Commission Management).
• Mapped and aligned the Royal Commission at Yanbu goals and initiatives to National Transformation Program (NTP 2030 Vision) key objectives, and obtained the approval for 19 mega initiatives with budget of SAR18.8 Billion (2016-2020).
• Navigated and Enabled over 9 divisions, 41 departments, and more than 233 participants with over 10 workshops yearly to formulate strategies, includes (objectives, KPIs, initiatives, and projects).
• Orchestrated Royal Commission’s Balance Score Card (BSC) with over 50 Strategy Maps, 47 Balance Score Card, 392 objectives, 143 initiatives, and 1, 339 KPIs.
• Recommended over 126 corrective actions to higher management after analyzing performance results, identifying gaps, and potential solutions; leading to achieve Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu an (Advanced-Level) in Maturity Assessment conducted by The National Center for Performance Measurements.

• Audited the new commissioned largest manufacturing plant in PepsiCo ecosystem globally, and reviewed all 8 production lines along with logistics and warehouses systems.
