• Ensure that all devices at 911 Center are functioning properly: servers, computers, & IP phones.
• Remote assist users (Active Directory, Custom Applications & Windows Clients)
• Extract data using T-SQL, analyze & present them in reports and heat maps using QGIS.
• Preparing the control center for the Hajj and Ramadan seasons: Installing Computers, IP phones
and train public security personals to use 911 center custom application.
• Configure IPv4 statically and with the help of a configured DHCP server
• Manage DNS records and check the validity of cached DNS records on clients.
• Maintain Office products and configured several collaboration solutions.
