•Plan, monitor and coordinate aircrafts movement.
• Record all flights accurately for financial reconciliation.
• Ensure that the flight documents are ready for collection and collected in the correct format.
• Screening phone calls, Emails, enquiries and requests.
• Provide all required aircraft servicing equipment’s.
• Send aircraft fuel information to load control department.
• Read the actual and forecast weather (Metar, Taf ).
• Communicate with different airport authorities and departments.

• Arrange HR department meetings, prepare minutes of meetings and follow up progress

• Coordinate with Corporate Security Department and document employees security records
• Send regret letters to non-shortlisted candidates
• Completing check lists and overseeing all the necessary documents of each employee is organized in the employee’s folder as hard copy and soft copy.
