• Leading a $ 8Mil program for Tech Mahindra for a utilities client and ensuring timely delivery and ensuring growth
in the account that has ensured growth of 40% in the last 2 years.
• Spearheading a team of over 45+ professionals including PMs, BAs and software developers with diverse array of
talent for a Utilities client in Qatar.
• Organizing various strategic initiatives in line with the mission and future goals assisting the client in their Digital
Transformation journey.
• Develop evaluation method to assess strengths and identify the area of improvement for IT System Development.
• Work with other project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
• Work with different vendors on various initiatives including ITSM deployment, setting QA processes, Streamlining
the Software development process to align with Agile methodology etc..
• Work closely with the System Development Head and IT Manager for clients on various automation initiatives,
including automation of internal processes and even for customer facing processes to improve customer
experience.
• Assist the IT Management in goal setting, new initiatives and track achievements for reporting to higher
management.

• Awarded by the Managing Director for closing a $400k deal for an online assessment system within 1 month.
• Promoted from a Project Lead to Project Manager, managing project for KSA within a Year of joining.
• Awarded by the CEO for successful execution of $5.5 Mil complex multi-year renewable project.
• Worked on designing solutions, preparing proposals for multiple Multi-million projects for the company.
• Recognized for solution consulting to SAP which lead to a service provider partnership for SAP Education.
Responsibilities:
• Spearheaded multimillion-dollar complete provisioning projects and multi-year contracts on behalf of U.S. and
international educational technology companies, merging strategic goals with a granular approach towards solution
development. Executed approximately 40 projects during tenure
• Played integral role in pre-sales, client presentation, and deal negotiation, including close of recent $400K
agreement for online assessment system development on behalf of international college. Leveraged a deep
understanding of specific market needs in the U.S., Middle East, Europe, Australia and Asia.
• Accountable to lead the team for implementation of E-Learning technologies namely Blackboard, QuestionMark
Perception, Echo360, Blackboard Collaborate etc... Within the Middle Eastern region.
• Expert in designing solutions in line with specifications given by Business Managers, implementing software and
taking it live to staff members, offering support services for users, coaching users within the business and meeting
with clients.
• Managed multiple training course development projects. Produce detailed project plans specifying project's
technical scope, goals per project phase, project objectives and strategy, staffing requirements, budget, risks,
contingency plans and allocation of resources.
• Create detailed eLearning course storyboards and coordinate transition to course production
