Responsibilities:
• Leading the team of Engineers and technical staff for the smooth operational activities to meet organization strategic targets.
• Participating in the Budget making and Budget monthly reviews session with BOD's.
• P&L responsibility for the division. Creating quarterly and annual sales forecast.
• Strong focus on sustainable growth.
• Facilitation of sales negotiation, technical meetings, and presentations with clients/consultants, and
• building productive relationships at management level.
• Responsible for creating a high-performance and successful sales and engineering team.
• Development of the Company products and services portfolio as per the market demand.
• Continually adapting modern technology products to the way, the market is evolving and the opportunities available.
• Monitoring the estimates with the engineering team for the cost effective and competitive proposal.
• Coordinating with the Collection team to facilitate the collection process.
• Analyzing customer satisfaction reports and respective inputs for enhancing performance.
• Hiring and managing the workforce.
• Coordinate with partners and principals for promoting reliable and cost effective solutions.
• Effectively monitor and control production progress and manage risks.
• Project Management & Engineering operations involving Estimation, design, procurement, execution and after sales support.
• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for achieving the market share to meet quarterly and yearly target.
• Guaranteeing the attainment of set goals by building a highly competent, motivated, and committed team.
• Responsible for managing SIEMENS, EATON, HAGER products (Sales target, Orders, Technical support, Contact with supplier and after Sales support).
• Developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Devising effective winning bid strategies for potential opportunities in line with market dynamics Performing Technical sales support sessions to sales team in electrical section. Following up new projects with contractors, consultants, and owners.
• Meetings with consultants and local Authorities to get approval for company's products.
• Managing End Users and project's stakeholders' requirements, especially for KAHRAMAA & ASHGHAL.
• Drive Variation orders from projects based upon the customer requirements and design changes. Participating in Organizing Seminars and Exhibitions.
• Achievements:
Personal yearly sales increased from 4 million QR in 2014 to 16 million QR in 2020. Company yearly sales increased from 12 million QR in 2016 to 30 million QR in 2020. Awarded "Best Manager" in Al KHAYARIN Electrical Industries.
• Secured Approval from ASHGHAL DRAINAGE& INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORK DEPARTMENT.
• Secured Approval from KAHRAMAA TECHNICAL DEPT for LVAC & LVDC PANELS (fully withdrawable type).
• Responsibilities:
• Targeting contractors and lead contacts for the ongoing and upcoming projects in Qatar market.
• Performing site visits to analyze actual project progress and to propose the optimal solution.
• Collecting inquiries and relevant technical data from customers associated with scope for the proposal.
• Introducing the company portfolio to new customers and arranging management level meetings.
• Develops clear and effective proposals/quotations for customers.
• Handling customer classification during and after project execution.
• Executing sales plan as per the management directives.
• Ensuring that the job is executed as per the approved proposal and meets customer satisfaction.
• Establish new and maintain effective customer relationships for sustainable business.

• Review of materials/equipment test certificates submitted by vendor/suppliers.
• Vendor Drawing review / approval.
• LV/MV Cable sizing, Voltage Drop Calculation, & Cable Layout plan.
• Testing of LV Cables, HV cables, Transformers & Switchgears
• Preparing Site test Reports of LV/MV Cables, LV/MV Switchgears and transformers.
• Installation, Termination, Testing and commissioning of Power Projects.
