- Risk analysis of credit proposals.
- Managing and controlling credit and asset portfolio (Funded/ Non funded) of the Area.
- Analyzing, evaluating SME customer performance and approving/ extending loans.
- Visits to SME/Commercial clients where needed in order to make lending decision.
- To keep updated with bank internal and SBP policies along with economic, market and industry.
- Assisting branch managers and credits staff in daily activities.
- Simultaneously performing various HR and operational tasks.
- New branches opening.
- To market new clients and to develop SME & Commercial Portfolio.
- To prepare credit proposal for SME & Commercial Clients, related to Islamabad (1) Area, for getting approval from Head Office.
- To get renewal/amendment /enhancement of already approved limits of existing clients.
- Preparation of monthly and weekly reports, as assigned.
- To prepare Call reports of Client Visits.
- To monitor Issuance / Settlement of Murabaha Finance, Ijarah Rentals & Diminishing Musharakah installments of the assigned clients.
- To visit existing Clients’ business place & collateral on quarterly basis.
-To send Murabaha Maturity, Ijarah Rental & DM installment letters of assigned Clients.
- To generate CIB reports of assigned client on quarterly basis.
- Execution of security/ charge documents
- Checking/ revising profit rates and ensuring recovery of profits.
