• Provide orientation and training to community, paraprofessional teachers, government teachers on related to ECCE project including school health and nutrition, teacher training, SMC training, distribution of teaching and learning materials, etc.
• Conduct trainings, support and monitoring visits for SHN, Teachers Training and SMC/PTC revitalization and other program activities.
• Facilitate district education staff and school teachers in all aspects for jointly implement ECCE project.
• Assist Sr. Education Officer/PDC for organizing and conducting of Teacher Trainings on LB (literacy Boost), ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education), CFHE (Child Focused Health & Education) Monitoring & Supervision training for classroom learning
• Assist DPC/SEO in organizing different advocacy events and district level stakeholder workshop.
• Assist PDC in arraigning on job trainings for selected teachers & school support visit for quality learning outcomes.
• Assist Sr. Construction Officer for civil works school classroom refurbishment activities.
• Train PTC/SMC on school management and leadership.
• Encourage and participate in development of child protection training and health education.
• Work with MIS team to regularly enter data into databases.
• Distribute education program materials in assigned schools.
• Supervise/Monitor the activities of CLWs/CEs at field level and provide on job technical support in conducting Parenting sessions & Reading Camps.
• Submission of work plan and progress reports to SEO on weekly / monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate forms and reports that detail education program activities.

• Participate in occasional field research and evaluation projects.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
• At present I am working in the Pilot Project (ECCE Education) at Buner, KPK with save the children US. My key achievements in this project are qualitatively conduction & completion of following activities:
 Teachers & PTC trainings in 50 Gov’t schools, Provision of on job support to teachers in 50 Gov’t schools, capacity building & awareness sessions on Literacy boost (LB) in 50 Gov’t schools, Conduction of trainings & awareness sessions on Child focus health education (CFHE) in 50 Gov’t schools, Monitoring & counseling of Reading buddy groups in 50 Gov’t schools, Monitoring & counseling of Parenting sessions in 50 villages of District Buner, Conduction & follow ups of Deworming campaigns in 50 schools, Radio messages follow ups in 50 villages, Training follow ups in 50 schools, Monitoring of Reading camps in 50 villages, Monitoring & up gradation of ECCE class rooms in 50 schools, Conduction of Capacity building trainings for CLWs, CEs, Gov’t Teachers & Gov’t Education Department in District Buner, KPK.

Responsibilities:
