Joined a team of consultants to work on a major US Aid funded assignment, involving the revamping of HR systems of a regional Government Office. Due to a policy reversal of US authorities, this assignment failed to lift off.
During the short stint as Senior Manger Advisory, worked on various HR consulting proposals and carried out a limited scope compensation survey.
During the stay at Deloitte involved in both managing the internal HR function and also providing HR consulting services to external clients. Key responsibility areas included the following:
