Key Contributions/Milestones

1. Hiring criteria based on academic performance, tests and interviews adopted in may 2005
2. Job Descriptions for field staff launched in July 2005 soon after joining BOP
3. Bottoms-up approach for improvements in PA system (SMART basis).
4. Developed and got approved HR Manual on August 24, 2006 by the Board of Directors.
5. Web based Training Needs Assessment conducted for the first time in 2006.
6. Extensive trainings based on TNAs. During 2007, 4.89 Training Mandays per employee achieved.
7. More than 1100 Promotions based on clear, transparent and numerical based criteria carried out in October 2007.
8. Number based transparent criteria for transfer/posting of Branch/ Operation Managers implemented.
9. Updated benchmarks for HR planning (Time & Motion Study: under completion).
