PROVEN JOB ROLE AS SALES MANAGER:
• Reporting to the General Manager/ Categories Manager.
• Assisting the Supply chain for all the imports of frozen poultry, meat and frozen vegetables from all around the world mainly USA, Brazil, Argentina, Ukraine, Belgium and India(Chicken Grillers, Chicken parts, Frozen beef, Frozen mutton and offal’s Australian, Frozen vegetables, Indian Beef, Frozen fruits)
• Generating new opportunities for the organization and map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
• Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy client and achieve company goals.
• Managing all major accounts wholesale, retail, Horeca, Ship chandling and catering companies’.
• Introducing new products for market as per the market requirements.
• Having coordination with logistic department for prompt deliveries, with import department for tracking up the arrivals of shipment on day to day basis.
• Keeping record for imports and booking of products to keep supply chain smooth and avoid out of stock position.
• Handling business of Dhs. (30 Million) annually with desirable growth.
• Active participation in New Product Launching & Development, handling of price related issues (Increase & Decrease).
• Market visits to find out market gaps, evaluate numerical distribution.
• Tracking competitor’s moments, trends & Strategies.
• Monitoring on market outstanding & maintaining as per policies of Finance Department.
PROVEN JOB ROLE AS AREA SALES SUPERVISOR:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, and responsible for submission of periodic report & KPI's . Working as Sales Supervisor in Dubai. Handling business of 10.8 Million annually with desirable growth. With sales force of 10 members and monitoring B, C class and Whole Sale customers. Listing new products within existing accounts. Negotiation with customer for sales agreement, shelf rent & promotion. Ensure all sales agreement with in assigned budget. Issue & present briefing document for all promotions to sales force. To ensure all listing products in assigned outlets are available. Monitoring salesmen presale's and merchandisers. Conduct regular performance review of sales force and suggest corrective action where necessary. Launching new products in B and C class customers. Negotiations with whole sellers about prices. Monitoring credit limits of credit customers and collections. Achievement of sales target and goals. Distribution of monthly sales targets route wise & sku wise. Controlling of TOT's( Tool of trade ).Implementation & Designing of route cards. Formulation of sales targets, planning and implementation of strategies to achieve those targets successfully per month. Conduct and analyze market research report. Arrange design and coordinate promotions. Give training to salesmen & presellers who to use HHD. Updation of new customers, prices, trade promotions and Journey plan in HHD. Coordination with Logistics to ensure the timely deliveries. Preparing daily sales reports & various reports as required by the sales Manager. Maintain data bank of competitor’s information. Negotiations Monitoring competitors’ activities, tracing down market trends and working on areas of improvement or counter action plans to remain competitive in market by working closely with the Trade Marketing team.
