Supervising I&C group in commissioning, then operating, a plant which is imported from Jing Ring Glass Machine manufacturer china. The project includes three control systems with a total of about 3200 I/O: Fisher DeltaV, Siemens, and A-B Control Logix.
Keywords: MDPS, IS, Glass Tableware’s and Bottle.
Supervising I&C group in operating a plant which is fabricated by the Heavy Mechanical Complex, Taxila Pakistan. The capacity of producing cement 1800 ton per day. Controls were In simple relay logic. Feeders DLD and DEM type Etc.
Supervising I&C group in operating a plant which is Production capacity: 4000+4000 Tons per day Assisted with commissioning of plant using a Siemens DCS with both Foundation Fieldbus and HART.
Developed and implemented a second project using Siemens DCS with process monitoring. This included design and configuration of the system, Modbus interfaces to Allen-Bradley PLC, Bently-Nevada system and Yokogawa multiplexers, training of users, and start-up.
Supported plant during this period with measurement and control issues.

Engineered installation of on-stream process analyzers, including design of sample systems.
Engineered installation of custody transfer measurement systems.
Engineered the instrumentation of many plant additions and upgrades, including preparing specs, supervising preparation of installation drawings and assisting with construction and startup.
Designed, programmed, and installed several microprocessor-based systems and system interfaces.
Prepared specifications for points temperature measurement systems, with team.
Modbus, serial and parallel interfacing, intrinsic safety, Mitsubishi, LG, Delta, etc.
