21 YEARS GULF EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT, DESIGNING, ESTIMATION AND ERECTION OF MEP SYSTEMS INCLUDING ELECTRICAL, LOW CURRENT, PLUMBING, DRAINAGE, HVAC AND FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS IN MULTISTOREY RESIDENTIAL, RECREATIONAL & COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES, INCLUDING TESTING & COMMISSIONING.
JOINED EMIRATES TECHNICAL & THERMAL SYSTEMS IN FEBRUARY 2013 AS SR. PROJECT MANAGER & PRESENTLY WORKING AS PROJECTS DIRECTOR (M.E.P).
FROM FEBRUARY 2006 TILL NOVEMBER 2012, WORKED WITH COMMODORE CONTRACTING CO. L.L.C. - MEP DIVISION AS SR. PROJECTS MANAGER.
FROM NOVEMBER 1993 TILL JANUARY 2006, WORKED WITH GENERAL MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL CO. L.L.C. AS AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, SR. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER & PROJECT MANAGER IN DIFFERENT PHASES OF TIME.


A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• FULL INVOLVEMENT IN THE VARIOUS STAGES OF PROJECT INITIATION. ALSO IN THE PREPARATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF HSE PLAN.

• FULL INVOLVEMENT IN THE PREPARATION OF PROJECT BUDGET, PROJECT WORK PLAN, MEP PROGRAMME OF WORKS AND PROJECT QUALITY PLAN IN FULL COORDINATION WITH ESTIMAION MANAGER, QS DEPARTMENT, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / PROJECT ENGINEERS, PLANINNING MANAGER & PLANNING ENGINEERS AND MAIN CONTRACTOR.

• FULL INVOLVEMENT IN PROJECT EXECUTION WITH CONSRTUCTION MANAGERS ADVISING THEM IN ADOPTING AND EXECUTING VARIOUS TOOLS & TECHNIQUES IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE REQUIRED PLANNED TIME SCHEDULE IN COORDINATION WITH HSE PLAN . ALSO MAKING SURE THAT THE ADOPTION OF ANY RECOVERY / MITIGATION PLANS IS IN EFFECT IN CASE OF ANY TIME LAPSE AND MAKING SURE THAT THE REQUIREMENTS ARE MET TO THE VERY BEST AND FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE PROJECT. ALSO, ENSURING THAT PQP IS APPLIED AND FOLLOWED TO THE ENTIRE SATISFACTION OF ALL STAKEHOLDERS.

• COMPREHENSIVE MONITORING & CONTROLING OF THE PROJECT VIA AGREED AND APPROVED LOGS, REPORTS, SCHEDULES AND TAILORED DOCUMENTS AND SUBMITTING DAILY, WEEKLY & MONTHLY REPORTS TO THE FULL SATISFACTION OF MAIN STAKEHOLDERS.

• FULL INVOLVEMENT IN PREPARATION OF PROCUREMENT & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLANS AND COMPREHENSIVE CONTROLLING THROUGH VARIOUS LOGS / DOCUMENTS. ALSO, MAKING SURE THAT ALL THE REQUIRED RESOURCES & MATERIAL IS AVAILABLE AHEAD OF REQUIRED TIME IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY UNNECESSARY DELAYS IN PROJECT EXECUTION.

• COST CONTROLLING HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE KEY PART OF PROJECT MONITORING AND CONTROL ENSURING THAT THE PROJECT IS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED WITHIN THE ALLOTTED BUDGET.

• CONDUCTING ALL REQUIRED & NECESSARY TRAININGS AND MEETINGS TO STAFF / ENGINEERS / CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT & PRACTICE PROJECT

SCOPE MANAGEMT TO THE BEST. MOTIVATION TO PROJECT MANAGEMET TEAM HAS ALWAYS BEEN AN ESSENTIAL AND KEY COMPONENT.

• SUCCESSFUL CLOSING OF THE PROJECT, SUBMITTING ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS LIKE ; AUTHORITIES CERTIFICATES / APPROVED INSPECTIONS, OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANUALS, GUARANTEE/ WARANTEE CERTIFICATES, TEST CERTIFICATES, AS-BUILT DRAWINGS, ASSETS REGISTERS, SPARE PARTS LOG, ARE FEW TO MENTION.

• THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT, COMPLETE COORDINATION WITH ALL STAKEHOLDERS & OTHER CONTRACTORS. ATTENDING ALL REQUIRED MEETINGS & CLOSE COORDINATION WITH ALL OTHER TRADES AS PER PROJECT REQUIREMENTS.

• SAFETY FIRST HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE FIRST OBJECTIVE THROUGHOUT THE PROJECTS.
MOREOVER, THROUGHOUT THE PROJECTS, I USE & EXERCISE DIFFERENT KNOWLEDGE AREAS OF THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
