HKC Enterprises is sole importer of multimedia projectors in Pakistan having head office in Netherlands. My core duty is to boost business through relationship with corporate clients and establishing sub-offices Central Region. Following are my core responsibilities:
* Lead & assist the marketing team to develop the strategies to achieve the monthly targets.
* Established Sub Sale Offices in Lahore, Gujranwala & Sialkot.
* Got system & product training in RHO (Singapore).
* Dealing with corporate clients to generate business.
* Exceed the assigned target by 50mm from the management and won a foreign trip to Hong Kong with training.
* Active engagement with the staff to gain a good understanding of business.
* Ensure compliance with Import methodology and risk management
In the month of June 2015, Operations of Barclays Bank taken over by HBL. It was an honor to be selected as a part of core country amalgamation team. Following were my core responsibilities;
* Supervised Branch end to end operational activities, authorizations, cash & vault management.
* Quarterly reviewed Area Branches and submitted detailed report to regional management.
* Implemented the necessary quality assurance metrics required for tracking the Operational performance controls.
* Cross-sell loans & insurance products to the clients and try to increase the deposit base of the Branch.
* Following my appointment, I have increased the deposit base for CA by 45M.
Branch
* Managed Branch (onsite/ offsite) ATM/CDM reconciliation and cash replenishment
* Conducted successful SBP Cash and annual Audits & Internal Inspections.
* Supervision of day end reconciliation of in-hand inventory of Cheque books, ATM Cards, ATM Pins, Internet
Banking Login / Passwords, Captured cards, etc.
* Supervision of Locker Operations (Issuance, Closure, Fee recoveries, Insurance and maintenance).
* Conducted quarterly self-assessment for regional branches as per QA guidelines & report the results in RCSA.
* Developed Premier Banking clients portfolio.
* Handled client portfolio worth 600 Million and offered priority banking services.
* Offered Consumer Loan Products (Personal Loans, Business Loans & Mortgage Loans) to customers.
* Achieved Account opening target for continuously two Quarters in 2009 and opened 121 NTB Accounts.
* Conducted business reviews to ensure clients were satisfied with products and services.
* Guided the customer as their Financial Consultant and given best Investment solutions.
* Responsible for meeting/exceeding portfolio growth and cross sell targets.
* Responsible for management and all operations of Dealer sales force for acquisition of auto business.
* Monitored MIS’s and performance reviews and developed strategies for sales growth.
* Responsible for hiring, mentoring, counseling and coaching of Team Leaders.
* Managed the network of DSA’s contributing more than 50% of the city and 25% of the country’s auto business.
* Proud to be a part of fabulous team of DSA Lahore made Citibank’s history by booked 127 auto loans in one month.
