Perform routine maintenance checks and improve the efficiency of new and existing equipment and packaging machines. Sustain adequate residuals in piping and boiler systems by running detailed tests on water systems, evaluating the obtained results, and adding the appropriate amount of chemicals to them. Occasionally perform quality assurance tests, as well as deliver end-to-end operational support and guidance to the staff. Create and implement cost-effective maintenance programs.
Provide training to machine/system operators on handling and troubleshooting complex equipment-related issues; document and maintain records of all maintenance activities.
Conceptualize and review sophisticated plans and procedures for interlocking devices; ensure proper adherence to the national applicable laws and ISO standards of machines.
Inspect utility water, HVAC Systems, steam lines, compressors, and boilers, as well as oversee their functionality.
Delivered significant process improvements and upgraded servo motors on Bunch Wrapper BU800, Dosing Acid Screw-from induction motors to servo motors, and Upgrading of Control system of MTA Chiller.
Increased protection on motors and curtailed energy/costs losses by installing the VFD system on the cooling tunnel.
Reduced operational failures in compressors of Zamil package units by installing safety protections and ultimately minimized major operational costs; executed numerous key projects such as Kaizens.
Significantly reduced the breakdown time and prevented material wastage by adjusting the conveyors' speeds.
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on numerous machines including;
o ACMA GD1001, ACMA GD 1200, & ACMA GD2002 & GD2001 Packaging Machines.
o Bunch Wrappers GEA BU600 & BU800, Boilers Al-Sager & Burners Weishaupt.
o Cylinder Cookers Cooling Tunnels & tables (Bosch, Klockner & Co and GEA).
o Batch feeder, Batch former, Rope Sizer & Die Machines (Bosch and Klockner & Co).
o Gravomat (Bosch and Klockner & Co), Batch Cookers & Cooling Drums (Bosch).
o Chewing Gum Mixer (Bosch), PFM Vertical Packaging Machine (MBP), Wolf Packaging Machines (Wolf).
o MBP Weighing vertical machines (MBP - PFM Group), Ishida Weighing Machines (Ishida), Jar Making Machines.
Performed end-to-end installing, commissioning troubleshooting, and repairing operations on instrumentation equipment. Ensured optimal equipment performance by formulating engineered plans and delivering tailored solutions based on the results of past inspections conducted on the equipment. Monitored performance of equipment; ensured safety and quality of all operational instruments.

1- Chevron Lubricants Karachi (Caltex)
Performed end-to-end HMI screen development on EB-Pro, PLC Logic building on Unity Pro XL (Schneider-M340), wiring schematic of PLC in the panel, commissioning of PLC Panel & testing of Logic, communication of PLC with MTV-100 via Fiber Optic Network using ODF Panels & Media Convertors.
2- Dakhni Expansion Project OGDCL (Installation of Turbo Genset with WHRU and Refrigeration Package)
Duties include cost analysis of all consumables required for instrument installation, termination, testing & commissioning. Oversaw instruments installation, termination, and commissioning of the team.
3- Pakistan Beverages & Haidri Beverages (Pepsi Cola)
CIP System Installation and Commissioning in Pakistan Beverages & Haidri Beverages (Pepsi Cola).
4- HAC Agri Ltd
Automated overhead & underground water tanks and diesel oil tanks. Performed load shedding scheme management with Genset & Wapda Panels by using S7-200PLC & I CONICS SCADA System.
5- Raya Golf & Country Club
Raya Golf & Country Club Lahore Hot Water Boiler & Water treatment plant Installation and Comissioning by installing PLC & HMI System Fatak & Weintek.
6- Saman Ghee Mill
Executed panel wiring, installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrument equipment on the boiler.
Maintained extensive records of all equipment maintenance operations. Assisted in the design and implementation of machines by employing various instrumentation technologies and techniques. Planned and executed periodic maintenance checks involving prevention, prediction, and breakdown maintenance on complex equipment.
Performed day-to-day calibration of field instruments. Coordinated work plans and ensured the safety of all associates and staff members. Scheduled and conducted inspections on complex instrumentation equipment, as well as maintained records of day-to-day maintenance operations. Ensured compliance of all procedures and practices with the standard laws and practices.
