-Prepares or approves requisitions, purchase orders
and other documents used in the procurement
process; supervises the receipt of supplies and
equipment; verifies shipping documents against
invoices and other data.
- Ensures that warehouse items are properly stored
and protected to prevent breakage and pilferage;
supervises the maintenance of warehouse physical
facilities, and other equipment used in the storage
of supplies and equipment.
- Confers with department heads, vendors and
outside agencies concerning purchases, deliveries
and acceptability of supplies
- Ensure 5 S implementation
- To ensure maximum space utilization by using best
warehouse practices and product stacking as well.
- Supporting & facilitating other departments in
achieving their targets.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly receive/dispatch report
- Daily/weekly/monthly stock reconciliation ( internal
audit) with physical stock
- Extensive knowledge of inventory control system
implementation and monitoring
- look after all FGS(Finish Goods Store) activities
- Managing logistics and workforce
-To ensure counting and re-conciliation of all empty stocks received from other market and supplier
-To ensure efficient off-loading of vehicles from distributors / other plants / raw materials as well.
-To effectively control product wastage & shortages as per set standards during storage/handling.
-To ensure smooth production operation in serving sound empties and wooden pallets.
-Create empty, Liquid & sale stock reports in excel as per required by management time to time
-Empty bottle issue to production systematically as per requirement of Production Department
-New empty receive systematically& physically from Raw Material Store
-Maintain liquid stock at satellite warehouses as per plan.
-Supervise all over work in computer section of Empty In Order
